Windows 10: Windows 10 Settings>Update & Security>Activation failing to work

So I've been struggling to open the Activation Settings on the Update & Security category. Whenever I click "Activation" the Settings stops working. I've rebooted my computer but it still doesn't work. I've been troubleshooting a lot but it still doesn't work. It just lags out and hangs there. I can't click anything but I can still navigate the cursor.

When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Windows 10 download speed issues

Try this method:

• First of all from Start Menu, open Settings (Type settings in the search bar and it will appear).
• locate and select “Update and Security“.
• in this window, Locate “Advanced Options”. Click on it.
• In Advanced Options; Click on “Choose How Updates are Delivered“.
• Turn off Updates from more than one place.
