Windows 10: Windows 10 Setup freezing up at Spinning Dots

Hello Microsoft Community,I hope everyone is doing well. I need help to resolve an issue with a custom-built PC that family wants me to help fix up. It's a custom-built PC with an ASUS Z97-AR Motherboard, powered by an Intel Core i7-4790K CPU, 16GB DDR3 RAM, an M.2 SSD, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 Graphics Card.The problem is that when I try to boot into the Windows 10 Installation Media, it freezes up just when the spinning dots animation starts. I've tried disabling Secure Boot, resetting Secure Boot Keys within the BIOS, enabling Intel Virtualization Technology, re-enabling Secure Boot, a

After an automatic update I am constantly getting the spinning dots during streaming to Hulu. Pausing and freezing was bad before but this is horrible. I am not very good at computers and have read other info in the community about the dots but I don't
understand most of what the solutions mean so if anyone has a suggestion please speak very simple computer dummy....

 

Windows 10 freeze at spinning dots

Hi all,

I am currently having a problem when trying to install clean windows 10 from USB boot or upgrade win 10 to 1809 from 1803.

Both have same issues cant boot to windows and my laptop freezes at the loading spinning dots screen. and the update process was not successful and system rolled back to version 1803 after hard reset.

Please provide a solution how to fix this

Spinning dots freeze after windows installation

Hi , i need some help here, i power on my laptop but it stuck on spinning dots without logo, i tried all the solutions and it didnt get fixed, so i brought a windows instalation USB and formated the pc as normal. After it finished installation it rebooted and the spinning dot freeze with the logo..just before the cortana hello screen . I tried another usb ,same problem
