Windows 10: Windows 10 setup problem Cannot find Microsoft agreement blah blah

Hello, I have problem with my windows 10 installation usb.I've created a win 10 bootable stick using windows 10 media creation tool, after that, I tried to boot it using my laptop and this kind of problem just appeared. I also tried searching in google for solution but I can't find any working method to fix this, then I tried to run windows 10 setup.exe file from my windows 10 PC and this problems just appeared, I don't know what it means.So after 2 days of finding the cause of this problem, I finally gave up trying to fix it. Until I remember the easiest method to make a usb bootable without

To assist you properly we need to know the complete error message received and the sequence of actions you used prior to receiving error message, (sorry, blah, blah, is not an error message I am familiar with).

I started having this issue this morning; did a google search came here first.....you know the answer.....blah blah. I saw another post somewhere else stating that dropbox was causing this problem. I installed dropbox yesterday. I uninstalled it performed
a shutdown from the command line; "shutdown /s" and low and behold I no longer have the issue. Hope this helps!
