Windows 10: Windows 10 setup proclaims wrong password

We have an ASUS notebook computer. Windows 10 was just loaded via the use of a boot USB drive. The USB drive has been removed and the notebook is booting on its own.It requests an email account to use for the Microsoft account. We enter that and enter the password. We clicked the option to show the password and it is correct. But the notebook says the password is wrong.No, the password is correct. We cannot get past his point.What can we do.

I'm Peter, a member of the Proclaim team here at Faithlife. Thanks for your post, and sorry to hear you're having trouble. I'd like to get Proclaim up and running again for you after your update to Windows 10. We've had several reports of this issue since
Windows 10 was first available, though none recently.

Could you please cross-post your issue to our
Faithlife forums with a copy of your log files (directions for manually obtaining logs)? If you could, please
also obtain any Windows Event Viewer logs relating to Proclaim (step-by-step instructions).

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
