Windows 10: Windows 10: Shaking Display

My laptop display is shaking and I don't know what caused it. I have tried updating the drivers of the display adapters but it ends up with "Windows has determined that the best driver is already installed. There may be better drivers on Windows update or on the device manufacturer's website."

I also tried uninstalling the display adapter to be reinstalled during restart.
I am running Windows 10 Home version 1909 with Intel HD Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce 710M display adapters.


My question is, is there any way I can fix this at home? With some kind of an app or program that will update or fix the shaking display? It hurts my eye and I really need my laptop for online classes.

dear sir,

After the installation of windows 10, initially there were creation of line at top and bottom of screen. but now a day my laptop screen start shaking in up and down direction with the interval of 5 second. my laptop is of ASUS of model X551CA. please give
me some suggestions so that i can restart my study on my laptop.
