Windows 10: Windows 10 shudown sount NOT playing

Discus and support Windows 10 shudown sount NOT playing in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; I turned on the startup sound on the computer and now i decided i need a shutdown sound so i disabled ExcludeFromCpl on system exit in REGEDIT and...     Windows 10 shudown sount NOT playing


    I turned on the startup sound on the computer and now i decided i need a shutdown sound
    so i disabled ExcludeFromCpl on system exit in REGEDIT and turned on Exit Windows in sounds
    i even clicked test and it DOES play, but when i shut down/restart the pc it does NOT play
    yes i have fast boot disabled
    any segustions?

    Shudown problem

    Hi,

    I tried all of the recommendations but to no avail.

    I think that this is a major problem with Windows 10 and if I was honest, I wish I had never downloaded Windows 10. This operating system is the worst I have encountered in the 20+ years experience I have had with Windows.

    I think to resolve this problem completely I may have to look elsewhere for an operating system that is less of a hassle to use.
