  1. Windows 10 shutdown issue

Pretty much every Windows 10 owner/user had/have/are having are experiencing the Shutdown issue in which the computer is still running even after the screen goes blank the lights on the machine still runs. Windows 10 users resort to restarting the computer and then at the login screen they/we/I navigate to the power icon and then choose shutdown. Yesterday morning I downloaded Windows 10 to it's latest version - 20H2. I use the computer for an hour or so or any length of time, restart then shutdown. But now, with the latest version, I restart then choose shutdown after the system boots up at the login screen. when I do that I first see the dots going around in a circle, THEN I SEE THE PASSWORD BOX I did not even press anything on the keyboard and/or mouse, and then I see the dots going around in a circle again. Am I the only one experiencing this issue? Can this issue be fixed?

    :)

    Windows 10 shutdown issue

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
