Windows 10: Windows 10 shutdown/reboot will take 90 min or more

While I shutdown or restart my PC in Domain. I will take more than 90min . I can lookup in the sys log.It is not update package reason .So if any Big man help me .The screen: the PC is shutdown... for 90 min or more.

computer reboots after shutdown in windows 10

ok I did the Shutdown /s /t 0 and a list came up....what next?

I did the Cmd prompt and typed: Shutdown /s /t 0 and computer did shutdown but rebooted a couple seconds later...I have done this before...still no change with my issue of computer rebooting after shutdown...
