Windows 10: Windows 10 Sign In shows Other user and I have forgotten the Username

I have a PC with Offline Windows 10 which was recently started again however I forgotten the username. When the windows 10 loads up to the sign in screen it shows it indicates Other User and to input Username and Password so I am unable to log in.From what i remember, the Account User is an Admin and does not have any password and it is created offline. May I know how do I Log in or recover my username so i could log in again and perhaps change the settings to autolog in?

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.

To address this concern, we suggest that you follow these steps on how to change your Sign-in option in Windows 10 PC:

• Click Start, and then type netplwiz.
• The command will appear as a search result in the Start menu search. Hit
  Enter on the result to open it.
• User Accounts will appear. Select your user account and uncheck "User must enter a username and password to use this computer."
• Enter your user account's password then click OK.

Note: If you are using a Microsoft account to sign in, you need to enter the full email address in the username box.
