Windows 10: Windows 10 Sign in takes me directly to Bing - how do I make it stop?

Using Window 10. Suddenly now I do not get the enter your password area unless I click on a link that will take me to Bing. I don't use Bing. I just want to open my computer to my desktop. Any suggestions?

  Select the text you want to translate.

  Right click on the selected text and select the option translate with Bing.
  

As of now the option to set Bing Translator to the Edge is not available.
