Windows 10: Windows 10 signon screen

On the Windows 10 signon screen, just below today's date, I frequently get short "helpful" messages, such as to expect an Amazon delivery today, or that I have a hotel reservation, or a flight reservation today or tomorrow. Where does Windows get this information? I guess I find this kind of thing intrusive, but I can live with Windows knowing about my Amazon orders, etc, if I have to. However, the other day, Windows told me as I signed on that I should prime my bank account to cover a forthcoming Safe Deposit Box fee withdrawal. It even got the right nickname that I use to refer to the accoun

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

• What do you mean exactly “No place to signon”?
• Are you getting blank page on the lock screen?
• Are you able to see your account name or email id on the lock screen?
