Windows 10: Windows 10 skype video lagging in another screen while gaming.

ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-F

EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB SC

Intel Core i7-9700K Prosessor
M.2 SSD 1 TB


I have two monitor:
1 - Predator 27" 144 hz

1 - Benq 24" 60 HZ


Skype video chat lagging while gaming. Skype in Benq screen 60 hz and gaming in Predator screen 144 hz, but when I pressed alt+tabbed to desktop then skype looking good but i trying again alt+tabbed to gaming then lagging back in skype.

I have never problem with skype before I wiped pc.

Windows 10 Skype Video Lag When "Tabbed Out"


I downloaded the universal Skype application. I did not download the one from the appstore because I can't customize the size of the window as freely. I have two monitors and have recently upgraded to Windows 10. I am using the latest update of Skype (I believe it's 7.7). When I have a video call running, the video is smooth when I am on the Skype window. Since I have two monitors, I fullscreen the video chat on one monitor. Once I click out of Skype onto my other monitor, the video lags and is all stuttery even though it's still technically fullscreen on my other monitor. It doesn't lag when I click back into Skype. I don't want it to limit fps when I'm "tabbed out" because I still want to be able to see it. It didn't used to do this. Nothing else lags. The mini window does not lag. What do I do?

 

Skype video lags behind audio

Recently (in the past couple of weeks), Skype's video has started lagging behind the audio. Sometimes, it will initially be fine, but then a lag will accumulate of up to 3-5(!) seconds. Other times, the offset is there from the beginning. For a while,
it was happening with only one of the Skype App from the app store, and the Skype Desktop client, but the latter no longer seems to be available on the Skype website, and I tried uninstalling both to see if a reinstall would help. I have never had this problem
with Google Hangouts (and am now frequently finding myself forced to switch to Hangouts because a video lag of 3 seconds is extremely noticeable and very distracting). What is wrong with Skype, and how do I fix it?
