Windows 10: Windows 10 Sleep Mode Issue

Hello every one, I’m experiencing an issue with my Dell Latitude 5580 Serial Number: FTYZPH2, on Windows 10 build : 19045.5131. When the laptop goes into sleep mode, I’m unable to wake it up, whether by pressing the power button, moving the mouse, or using the keyboard. In this state, the power button remains lit, and the keyboard backlight is on, but the screen stays black. To recover, I need to force a restart by holding down the power button for several seconds.
