Windows 10: Windows 10 slow after December 2020 update

I updated my laptop a few days ago to December 2020 update and now the system has become super slow and laggy.


My laptop never lagged before. The same issue was faced by numerous other people who I know have downloaded the same update!


32GB RAM i7 10th gen - lags after I make a new folder Anyone else facing the same issue?


Microsoft team please send a fix ASAP!

Restore Windows 10 to December 31 2019

Bought my laptop in 2016. Since the beginning of 2020 using it is on ongoing nightmare. Everything is slow or not loading at all. Not a tekkie but strongly feel the tons of updates stuffed into my laptop since January have given it constipation. Obviously
I didn't need them before 2020.

Can I restore Windows 10 to what it was on my laptop on December 31, December 2019?

No Windows 10 Cumulative Update preview releases for December 2020

Because of minimal operations during the holidays and the upcoming Western new year, there wont be any Windows 10 Cumulative Update preview releases for the month of December 2020. Monthly servicing will resume with the January 2021 security releases.
