Windows 10: windows 10 slow login high memory for user profile service and disk usage

i had this issue for a few months but its getting worse were its becoming a major problem when i tun on my pc and login its taking about 20 minutes to login to a specific user i used the sethic.exe cmd to open taskmgr and see that the user profile is using 100% disk usage during the login stage with the windows problem reporting running i checked the windows problem reports already and nothing is listed in it i did a clean boot also it does not solve the issue and also recently a another issue has occured with the user profile were its using alot of memory when its logged in this needs to be

i been getting this issue this month latey after the laptop updated for a windows security update

when i start my laptop from off state and login it takes 10 to 15 minutes to login i used the sethc.exe to start the explorer and taskmgr

and saw in taskmang while was in the welcome loading screen user profile service is using 100% disk usage

sometimes it woulnt even login after 30 min and i have to restart the user profile service for it to load in

i tryed it with another profile and that has no issues
