Windows 10: windows 10 slowing downmy computer hard.

i just upgraded my computer to windows 10 from 7.my mouse lags on the home screen with nothing running. games that had no issue are lagging. my buddy with a slower/older computer runs with windows 10 no no problem. Hoping there's a easy fix that im just not seeing .my current rig is intel i7-4790k with a nivida GTX 780 and 16gb DDR3

Slow hard drive

I don't know how it slows it down, I just know that windows goes crazy if I have my USB drive in my computer while trying to boot windows *Laugh :laugh:. And I got the list trick off of Wazzledoozle.
