Windows 10: Windows 10 SmarTab

I just bought this for my wife and I can't for the life of me get past the setup stage.

First I noticed, windows needs activated. These don't come pre-activated?

Second, after I decline the Office 360 Upgrade it says Just A Moment and then the blue setup box goes blank. I thought it takes a while so I let it sit for 20 minutes. Still nothing. It's not frozen because I can go back but it still gets stuck at the same exact point.

What do I do?

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows Smartab Error

HELP! My windows Smartab has a error on startup screen. American Megatrends. Says that a configuration change has been requested. I can not use my keyboard to reject that change....what should I do?
