    Windows 10 Snipping Tool Irritation: Location Moves AFTER Snipping


    Love Snipping Tool.

    Problem.

    After snipping, Snipping Tool decides to hide itself under what I am snipping.

    I hate that. Bothersome to hunt under for it all the time.

    Try taking a dozen snips in a row and you get the picture.


    I will begin by deliberately positioning Snipping Tool to the left of the desktop.

    I position my web browser is to the right.

    On Snipping Tool, click New, take your snip.

    Snipping Tool decides to move itself with the snip image directly UNDER the source.

    How lame!


    I want Snipping Tool to stay where I position it. I want to pin it. Why was this not thought of?

    Help?

    Windows 10 Snipping Tool on Windows 7

    I love the ability to print directly from the Snipping Tool in 10. Has anyone seen any way to move the 10 version back to 7?

    Windows 10 Snipping Tool on Windows 7

    All it is is one extra step beyond what is native to windows 10. Yes, technically it would be easier to have the functionality of print built in to the Windows 7 version, but you just have to save it ,and right click on it ,and print.

    As far as getting the windows 10 version into windows7. I know there was a way to get the old winpaint, so maybe there's a way to get the snipping tool into 10, I don't know.

    im curious if i could compress, and upload the application to this post? 7zip doesnt seem to be allowed
