  1. Windows 10 Something went wrong family settings

So I logged in to my girlfriends account, having her join my family to see if she could play minecraft on my xbox. I fixed the xbox issue but now on her laptop it says "ask an adult in your family if you can use:" when trying to get on chrome but when I do "Something went wrong" pops up. Every other app works fine except chrome, is there anyway to fix it? I tried redownloading, and that didnt work either.

  2. Setting up Family safety settings in Windows

    Hello Ajay,

I realize that you are trying to setup the Microsoft Family Safety settings.

    • Which version of operating system are you using to setup the Family Safety?
If you are using the Windows 10 then I suggest you to refer the below information and check if it helps.

It’s easy to share your Windows 10 PC with family members. Add family members using "Add a family member" from your PC's Settings, and they’ll be able to use that PC as well. And you're always in control. You can allow or block them from using
    a PC at any time.

Add kids to your family to help them stay safer online. Adults in the family can view reports of kids’ online activity, limit how long and when they use their devices, and help make sure they don't see inappropriate websites, apps, or games.

I suggest you to create a family safety account in Windows 10
    and check if it helps.

Refer: Set up family features in Windows 10

Hope this information helps. Keep us posted to help you better.

Windows 10 Something went wrong family settings

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
