Windows 10: Windows 10 sound buzzing problem persists

Hi There


I am having trouble with my windows 10 audio. When the system sleep and reopen, there is constant buzzing sound in any audio outputs (headphones, build-in speakers etc. ). I suspect there is a driver problem so I went to sound setting and check for sound driver updates. It turns out that the driver is up-to-date. I also did trouble shooting and all that. None of them work. I even tried to uninstall the sound driver and re-install it. Still no go. My last resort is to re-install the system but I am very reluctant to do that.


One thing that temporarily worked out is by modifying the sound default format to any of the 4 potential bit/hz combination. This will work for a while but the buzzing will reappear after sleep mode. So I suspect there is some inherent flaws in audio. Please help
