Windows 10: Windows 10 sound driver incompatable with my DAW

I've got a new Surface Pro with Windows 10 Home. I use the Presonus Studio One digital audio workstation DAW which requires sound sampling rate of 44.1 MHz but my current up-to-date driver only gives me 48MHz …. how can I get the 44.1 option back?

Windows 10 nVidia Driver Question

With the Nov Update, Windows 10 became mature enough to give another try. Build 10586 (version 1511) runs great, feels snappy, and has no obvious problems. However, I'm concerned with this version's insistence on loading nVidia's 353.54 driver, which is dated July 13 2015, 4 months ago. On their US website they list all the new drivers as being compatible with Windows 10, (such as 358.91), but they won't load (installer says incompatible with this version of Windows, could find no compatible hardware...). The 353.54 driver runs games without any problems, but why is it taking so long to for nVidia to update this driver? Is it my 780 Ti that's incompatible or is it Windows 10?

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

 

Windows 10 Sound Problem after upgrade

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps:

• Right click on the volume icon which is on bottom right corner.
• Click on playback devices and highlight headphones.
• Then below click on properties.
• And then click on Advanced Tab and below click on
  Restore to default
• And then Apply and click on OK

If the issue still persist then I would suggest you to follow the steps from the below link:
