Windows 10: windows 10 sound issue

I am trying to send the audio from my ham radio and have it play on my dell laptop using a usb cable. I have been in contact with the manufacturer of the ham radio and downloaded their recommended usb driver. I also use software to control my radio from my laptop via usb and that works great, I just cant get audio to play on my laptop audio is sent using the same usb cable that controls my radio. I have been in contact with the software manufacturer who states that the software has nothing to do with audio. About a year ago I was able to get audio to play on my laptop speakers but never real
