Windows 10: Windows 10 sound issues

Hello everyone! I always had an issue with sound on Windows 10 but it didn't bother me at the time, it was managable. Now however the sound of my system for every program is at 1 out of 100 of the sound and it is still loud.

I have tried Google for help but it didn't help at all.
Tried reinstalling my audio device and its corresponding driver but that didn't fix it.

Updating Windows 10 to the latest version does not help either.

My headset is the Sennheiser 3D G4ME1.



Is there any way to reset the sound in W10?

I just want to listen to my school's colleges without getting hearing damage.
