Windows 10: Windows 10 sound & update

I have a windows 10 computer with two problems. When i plug in my speakers they make a really annoying buzzing noise & i can't work out how to fix it. Also windows update is really slow & somtimes it doesn't work at all i try running the trouble-shooter to fix it but it does not find the problem. Any help wood be grateful thank you.
