Windows 10: Windows 10 - SSD 100% usage without any programs running after few days of installation...

I have a PC with Windows 10. I am recently facing a issue where the computer has become very slow and the disk is always at 100% usage. Thrice I deleted the partition and reinstalled Windows, yet the same problem arises after few days of usage. This is absolutely not a drive issue as the same disk also has a partition with Linux which works fine. I did try to run it in safe mode, there it is works fine too. I tried many different drivers, the default storahci and the manufacturer's iastora drivers, all show same problem. I did some research and found out something related to Messaged Signal In

Disk Usage at 100% with nothing running

My PC is running Windows 10 with the latest updates but has suddenly become unusable with disk usage staying at 100% even with nothing running and just the same processes listed in Task Manager as before the problems
started. I've tried a few suggestions found in online forums - disabling Windows Search and Superfetch, adjusting page file size, etc. but nothing has done the trick yet. I don't have any outside anti-virus software installed. I read about the potential MSI
issue but don't have IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers listed in the Device Manager. Finally, it seems to boot up normally and will have periods where the disk usage drops and it's usable but those moments are brief and it inevitably goes back up to 100% usage.

• Changing Link Storage Technology in Intel Rapid Storage to be off
• Restarting or Disabling Windows Search service
• Restarting or Disabling Windows Superfetch or SysMain service
• DISM and SFC scans
• Checking for hard drive errors in CrystalDiskInfo
• Running programs as administrator
• Changing the security of backup programs and high disk usage programs to give my user all the permissions in the Properties
• Looking at Task Manager to find the cause (the processes listed don't add up to 99% or 100%)

I'm using Windows 10 20H2
Is there any other suggestions I can do?
