Windows 10: Windows 10 Start Menu UI not showing.

My Start Menu for some reason wont show the UI when clicking the Windows button or the Windows key yet it works if I navigate through it with the Tab key. I have tried sfc /scannow, DSIM Image Cleaner, updating my system and other solutions but it refuses to work. The search bar UI still "works" because it only shows half of it. I will now add a screenshot of the problem.

As you can see it shows the menu options pressing Tab and arrow keys but it won't show the UI.

Tried the fist no dice. Even tried uninstalling Kasperski still no go

          When you say "If I sign in under my user name I am in some earlier version", which version you are referring to?

          Did you made any recent changes to your computer prior to the issue?

          When you say “I cannot access the start menu and am limited to IP as a browser” Is it refers to Microsoft Edge?
          

As an initial steps, I suggest you to check for the Windows version. To do so, follow the below steps:

1) Login to your computer through user name on which it show earlier version of Windows.

2) Press Windows key + r.

3) Type winver, hit enter.
