    Windows 10 start up error and forgotten local password


    Hi,


    I went to start up my laptop and it went into a windows start-up error and won't let me reset because I can't remember my password.

    I am able to sign on with the pin I have set up in safe mode, but I can't change anything at all, the system isn't letting me do anything.


    Kind of want my laptop back working, apparently lots of people have had this problem but I have no way of resetting my laptop that I can find, it keeps coming up with 'There was a problem resetting your laptop' error.


    Haven't the foggiest on what to do now.

    Administrator should not be listed after that net user Administrator /active:no command was run.

    Just reboot to make sure everything has worked through - and just sign in to one account not more than one. Choose either G3YAQ or VE2KM
