Windows 10: windows 10 started freezing, every 60 seconds i did 4 times fullFormat

Hey people..
Im out of solutions and I don't know what's wrong with my pc, since few days started freezing every 60 seconds, freeze is just for about 0.1-0.5 sec but its very annoying. Before I created this post I already tried few thing for example command sfc /scannow show me this :

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

There is massive log full of errors.

Im trying few days to exclude that's my hardware but everything make no sense for me ..


till now I did 4 times full format, 4 times I updated everything
then reflashed bios to make sure its stock moterboard
then I tested memory with memtest86 - all ok 0 errrors
I did some benchmarks and they are looking ok
but as soon when I launch game is start freezing

Im the only owner, no one is touching my pc, and I have no idea what happened, one day was ok next day im reflashing bios, this is first time ever im asking for help, I don't know what now .. waiting for you help

PowerDVD 9 freezes on startup for 10 seconds

My problem is that my PowerDVD 9 freezes whole system for 5-10 seconds while starting. It happens on my HD monitor Samsung 240HD. But when I connect 40 inch 720p tv it works great. Please, can u suggest what the problem or give some link to fix.

 

Windows 10 - Active Time 100% - Read Speed 0 KB/s - Write Speed 0 KB/s - for exactly 60 seconds

I have recently conducted a fresh reinstall of Microsoft Windows 10 Home - none of my hardware has changed.

I am getting sporadic freeze-ups of the operating system. These freeze-ups appear to last for exactly 60 seconds.

I have attempted to diagnose the issue using Task Manager- under the
Performance tab I can see the freezes coincide with Disk 0 (C hitting 100% active time - for exactly 60 seconds (I can see this because the graph is '60 seconds across').

The Active Time is 100 %, the Average Response Time is 0 ms, the
Read Speed is 0 KB/s, and the Write Speed is 0 KB/s.

What I have tried so far:

• Disabling the Page file for C:.
• Running System File Checker /SFC with administrative privileges.
• Running Deployment Image Servicing and Management Tool (DISM)
• Disabling several services: Windows Search and Superfetch.
• Checked SMART status of SSD using Kingston SSD Toolbox.
• Updated Windows using Windows Update.
• Run Windows Troubleshooter - System Maintenance.

What do people recommend my next steps should be?

 

Chrome freezes for ~60 seconds after first open when Windows 10 starts up

After I boot up Windows 10 and go to start Chrome, I get about 5 seconds of functionality and then Chrome freezes for about 60 seconds or more. I can open new tabs but they don't load anything. I cannot interact with any existing tab contents. During that time I can't open settings, view extension or open Developer Tools but I am able to open Chrome's Task Manager.

• No other apps lag or freeze in this time period
  
• I've tried deleting /AppData/Local/Google/Chrome/User Data/ (This removes all extensions)
  
• I've tried a completely fresh install of Chrome
  
• Firefox and IE11 are unaffected by this issue as well as all other apps
  
• It happens even with Hardware Acceleration disabled
  
• Chrome Canary is not affected by the bug
  
• Happens even on chrome://settings page
  
• Disabled internet. Still happens on tabs trying to open chrome://settings
  
• Disabled a bunch of the services under "Privacy and security"
  

What could be potential causes of this problem? What are some things I can do to troubleshoot this issue?

I recently upgraded my computer (new motherboard, CPU and RAM) and it was after that time but I don't know if it started immediately with the new machine.
