Windows 10: Windows 10 startup boot loop, cannot login or reset laptop.

Early today I attempted to uninstall TotalAV, a 3rd party antivirus software. I regret ever downloading it.I am immediately put into the windows recovery environment after the automatic repair fails when I turn on my laptop. Have tried pretty much every command prompt option the internet has to offer. The error that pops up initially is WINDOWS\system32\drivers\protected_elam.sys error 0xc000000f.I’ve gone into the startup settings and disabled early launch anti malware and it actually gets me to the login screen, however when I try to login the user profile fails to load. This may be my fault

As you are facing issue with Boot loop, I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps provided below:

• Go to the Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10
  installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.

After the repair is complete, check for status.
