Windows 10: Windows 10 Stop Code: PNP_FATAL_ERROR_DETECTED

I have two computers at home that are running Windows 10. 7-10 days ago, Windows could not load, always giving me a Stop Code of PNP_FATAL_ERROR_DETECTED. I created a Windows boot flash drive and was able to reload Windows, wiping out all my data. When installing Windows updates after the reload, the computer turned off, restarted, and the Stop Code is back. HELP!!!!! What is the problem? What is the solution? Thank you!!!!

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
