Windows 10: Windows 10 Store App: List is empty for "All Types"

Hello,


No matter how many times I reset my PC or do a fresh install not because of this problem of course, I notice this bug.


To reproduce:

1. Open Windows Store app.
2. Go to My Library
3. Select "All owned" or "Ready to install"
4. The list is empty.
5. Select "Apps" or "Games" from the dropdown.
6. Now you see the related products.
7. Select "All types" again.
8. You see "Add some apps. There's nothing in your library"

This is a bug.

Windows 10 Apps from the store wont download

Sorry for the delay in response.

• Do you face this issue only with these apps?
• Did you try downloading other apps?
• Did you try stopping these apps and then downloading it again?

We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

• Type troubleshooting in the search
  box and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

If the steps don't work try these steps:

Try to reset the Windows store and check.

• Press Win + R on the keyboard to open run Window.
• Type wsreset.exe to reset the Windows store cache.

Store App, Netfflix App do not work on windows 10

What happens when you try to open the apps?

Method 1: I suggest you to run the following troubleshooter.

Try the followings steps:

• 
  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.
  
• 
  Click “View all”
  
• 
  Select "Windows store apps"
  
• 
  Click next to run the troubleshooter.
  
  Method 2:
  Try the following steps:
  
  • 
    Press Windows + R keys to open Run command
    
  • 
    Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
    
  • 
    Now try to open store and see.
