Windows 10: Windows 10 store cannot download or purchase anything

I get this error "Something happened on our end try again later" whenever I try to buy something or download something. I also cannot redeem product keys that I have purchased.


I have tried the following fixes


I have tried running the troubleshooter


I have tried the wsreset command in CMD about 4 times


I have tried deleting the contents of the SoftwareDistribution folder


I have tried checking the Buy and Download settings on my Xbox One account settings.


I have tried using a local Microsoft account


I have tried purchasing the product in a browser, separate from the app.


I have checked for Windows updates and I am up to date.


I have tried more solutions that I have found online, but I cannot remember all of them. Please help me because Microsoft Store is effectively worthless and has locked all my paid products behind this error. This problem has been reoccurring for over a week now.

Unable to Purchase anything on Windows Store

Whenever I am trying to purchase/upgrade any App in Store, I am getting an error as shown in the screenshot:





Please help suggest why this is happening, and how to rectify? Apps are downloading and updating absolutely fine. There is also no Issue with my account.

 

Skype not downloading from windows 10 store

• What is the exact error code that you receive while trying to download Skype from Windows Store?
• Is this issue confined only to Skype app?
• Were you able to access any other apps from Windows Store?

As this could be an issue Store, I suggest you to run Windows Store troubleshooter and check if it helps:

Method 1: As an initial step, I would suggest you to follow the below steps and see if the issue can be resolved.

  Type troubleshooting in the

  Follow the on screen instruction.
  

Method 2: Clear the Store cache

You may try these steps to clear the Store cache and check if it helps:

• Press the "Windows + R" keys on the keyboard.
• Type "wsreset.exe" and press "Enter".
• Reboot the computer and then check the issues with the App.
