    Windows 10 Store Hard drive Message


    Ever since I installed Windows Updates back in July, my Store has been giving me an error that says "This product needs to be installed on your internal hard drive" whenever I try to view a game or app; I am given no option to install or buy any games or apps, but I can still purchase and view movies. I've tried all the Store troubleshooting methods to no avail, and I'm not going to repair my OS and wipe my settings. Can anyone give me any advice on this issue?

    Clearfi windows 10

    Clearfi will not play Cd's now I have windows 10 no error message as such. Just keeps saying no media content on this disc

    it plays music already stored on the hard drive.

    How do you remove a 'ghost' hard drive or the link to it?

    I solved the 'Control Panel File History: Error Message' mystery, it telling me it could not store back up files,

    On a lettered hard drive device, because it was not connected, been disconnected for a while?

    As far as I was aware the lettered hard drive device did not exist, if the link to it remained?

    By locating the lettered hard drive device, given it to my father to supplement his PC storage, he did not use it much. Re-installing by way of USB, the Windows 10 PC recognised it , and it is now in use: creating a Windows Back Up?

    It was a Seagate Portable Hard Drive, an previous Windows O/S system used external hard drive/expansion?

    Thanks to all that provide advice about solving the lettered hard drive, link 'problem
