Windows 10: Windows 10 store thinks i don't have windows 10?

It's been a pain in the ass trying to get this to work. and i'm down to the last problem. Screenshot This goes for other games. the link sends me to a windows 10 download. Obviously I am on windows 10. all newest updates. PLEASE HELP! I want to play this

Microsoft store thinks my pc doesn't have windows 10 and therefore wont let me download forza horizon 3. i just had horizon 3 installed but wanted to reinstall because it refused to start. i've tried all that windows troubleshooter stuff that has never
helped anybody in the history of everything, reset cashe, restarted my pc and more. nothing has worked. the game worked a couple of days ago. this store has been a disapointment ever since it released. the best fix would be if microsoft put the game on steam,
but as that won't ever happen i have to ask for help. so i'm askig: would you please help me?
