    I'm Jin, a fellow Windows 10 user and an independent advisor. I can see that you're currently stuck at 40% while doing a Factory reset.

    There's no need for you to worry, the Factory reset usually takes up to 3 hours, depending on your devices processing speed.

    Usually the reset is stuck for quite sometime, then the progress will suddenly increase, just give that update a lot more time.

    Windows update stuck on 40%

    Original title: Windows Update

    During performing windows update in Windows 10 Home.Suddenly Internet get disconnected, after that resuming windows update it Stuck on 40% , I Use windows update reset batch file to reset the whole process but after doing this it stuck on "checking the updates"
    step and cannot proceed further. What to do now ?
