Windows 10: Windows 10 stuck in repair mode loop + password not working in recovery mode

Hello,2 days ago, Windows 10 installed a couple of updates on my Zotac CI660 PC through Windows Update.Yesterday, the first boot failed, but Windows went through the automatic repair process and then everything was working normally.Today, I also saw the automatic repair window, but this time the repair failed. I was able to boot into Safe Mode 7 Disable driver signature enforcement several times to try and fix things including trying to uninstall the update from 2 days ago, to no avail. After a while, while booted in safe mode, I asked the system to restore to a previous restoration point.

Cannot go into recovery mode in several ways

Problem:

Cannot login into normal mode or safe mode or access anything other than Boot settings.

• Do not get usual login screen.
• Seeing Automatic repair and then BSOD with code 0xc000014c
• That loop continues.

Troubleshooting Steps taken:

• Tried 3 times reset when in "Preparing Automatic Repair" to boot into recovery mode - Failed.
• Created bootable WIndows 10 USB flash drive to go into repair mode - Getting another BSOD with code "Driver pnp watchdog"
• Some times, after "Preparing automatic repair" screen, i get "Your pc needs to be repaired" recovery screen where it shows F8 to go into Startup settings. When i press F8, i get the same screen again in a loop.

OS: Windows 10 64 bit

 

Stuck on Safe mode, no password.


Today i launched DDU (Display driver uninstaller),
And it brought my pc to "Safe-Mode" login screen.

And when i typed my password , it said its incorrect.
( when i enter the local password on a system startup repair or something like that it works, but only at the win 10 safe-mode password bar its not working. Very strange.)

How could this be possible? When like 2 hours ago i used to login with this password...

Anyway..
Im stuck on the "Safe-Mode" login screen.

What i need to do?
Tryed alot stuff from other topics and NONE helped .. please help me please.

I have like 500 gb stored files. I hope i wont have to reset disk.

Windows 10 stuck in recovery mode w/ forgotten password

pretty much what the title says. my mothers windows 10 dell laptop is stuck in recovery mode and has been doing so since her last scheduled update a couple weeks ago. it's easy enough to navigate to through the options presented in recovery mode, however, every single option requires her password to execute. i can't access the command prompt w/out a password. i can't utilize the repair option w/out the password. etc... every.single.option requires the forgotten password. i also can't boot in safe mode nor can i reach the bios due to computer booting directly into recovery.

i've taken all the basic steps with no luck. i've even created a windows recovery drive. problem is, i can't access the recovery drive without the password (in recovery mode) or without being able to access a basic command prompt or the bios. i'm sure i'm missing something really elementary. any help is/would be appreciated.

at this point i just want it to function normally again. it'd be great to save the data, but if that's not an option, well, she'll live. thanks again.
