Windows 10: Windows 10: Stuck in startup repair for accessing cmd

i saw a youtube video where the guy uses cmd to delete som recent drives and other stuff that could help for my "Inaccessible boot device" problem. It ask for my password for this account and the password is right but it says it's wrong and i don't know what to do.login for account - on Norwegian

After doing this, I'm now totally dead in the water.





Can't even get back to Startup Repair.
