Windows 10: Windows 10 stuck on blue screen

I have a windows 10 Pc, and it was starting up when I accidentally unplugged the power cord. I immediately turned it back on, but it went to a blue screen. It says it can’t fix the problem, and restarting doesn’t work. I have tried command prompt and it doesn’t work. I can’t boot into safe mode or recovery mode at all as it goes straight back to the blue screen. I have tried resetting the pc several times and halfway In between it says an error occurred and undoing the changes. In the blue screen it says BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG. I need my important files and most importantly by $2000 computer workin
