Windows 10: Windows 10 stuck on feature version 1909, get error 0xc0000005 when trying to update to 22h2

Hello all,I'm hoping somebody can help me here. I've been having trouble trying to get Windows to update to the newest version as being on such an old version of Windows is actually starting to cause problems for some software. I have followed virtually every guide I could find while googling this issue over the last few years but nothing has worked so far. I've tried:-sfc-DISM -making sure all of my drivers are up to date-making sure 3rd party antivirus is not running-making sure the issue wasn't with Windows Security-Windows Update Troubleshooter-Trying to manually update-Uninstalling all w

I'm trying to update a Windows 10 installation to version 1909 and I'm getting this error after download has started:

Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 - Error 0x80070003

I have had this problem now for TWO YEARS. Have tried ALL the fixes. Nothing works. I can not get windows update past that feature update. So I have been using that PC and it's been stuck at version 1909 for two years. The PC otherwise works fine and has no errors and all programs continue to work perfectly. Windows defender DOES automatically update regularly and often and IS updating successfully.

But other windows feature etc updates do not even start because when I try an update the first thing it doees is run that 22H2 update which fails. Warning .. I have BLOWN AWAY the entire system and added a brand new drive and installed a brand new Windows 10 Pro 64 bit from a MS Windows certified ISO file. And THAT installed perfectly .. and started the normal updates but after installing many needed updates it got to that 22H2 update and now it's stuck again. What can possibly be wrong with my hardware that can be doing this?

The newly installled fresh windows 10 pro 64-bit is just like the orignal one. Can no longer get past that 22h2 feature update. I've TRIED to "hide" or disable it ... doesn't work. I have 3 other PCs a mix of windows 10 and 11 and ALL work perfectly. This one PC however just can't get past that failed 22h2 feature update.
