Windows 10: Windows 10 stuck on loading screen after GPU change

I recently replaced my aging gtx660 with an RX580. After doing so, my computer is now stuck at the windows loading screen with "preparation of automatic repair" at the bottom. The loading wheel freezes after a second and sometimes the screen goes dark. I can still access the bios where all the hardware including boot ssd is showing up fine. I tried putting the old GPU back in but it now gives the same result as with the new one.


Things I tried:

-safe/secure boot: never get there, same result as before frozen loading screen

-disconecting all non-essentials other ssd, periferals, ...

-booting without GPU with display output through motherboard

-a clean install of windows via flash USB: Windows logo pops up for a while before going completely dark/ or freezing

-different USB and methods for clean install: via bios boot order, bios boot menu, Windows.iso or the other one


Any help would be appreciated!



System info:

motherboard: MSI B350 pc mate

CPU: AMD ryzen 3

GPU: Nvidia gtx660old Radeon saphire RX580 8gbnew

RAM: 8gb hyperx fury

PSU: antec 450w

ssd with OS: samsung 860evo

another older ssd and harddrive

Windows stucks on load screen sometimes

Hello.

I've recently switched from 7 to 10.

Problem is, sometimes (and NOT every time) it just stucks on load screen with a blue Windows logo. it gets fixed by a restart and next load would be fine, but it's just a pain now. "Random" stucks on load screen?

Any bright ideas?

I've already tried sfc /scannow , defragging + checking hard disks.

I preferably don't want to install or rollback windows since i gotta install apps again.

Specs:

OS: 10 64-bit PRO

RAM: 6 GB

CPU: G620 2.6GHZ dual core

GPU: Nvidia GT 430

*:Note that circling dots are not appearing while stuck. I mean that's just a black screen with a windows logo in the middle.

**: Sometimes i feel there may be a performance reduce. maybe it's related?

Stuck on Windows Loading Screen

i have an old pc . i have installed a graphic card . it working fine when i newly format my pc but untill i shut down & turn power off . after i switch on my pc back it stuck on loading screen , sometimes on bios flash screen ,Sometimes it boot up then my pc freeze .when i removed graphic card it boot up & works fine . this problem is haunting me for months . i don't know which parts in my pc damaged. is it graphic card or motherboard or ram or cpu or hdd . i'm lost here..
