Windows 10: Windows 10 stuck on Login Screen - Keyboard and mouse will not respond

my desktop PC had been restarted after an normal update for my AMD program. Now my PC is stuck on the login screen and the mouse and keyboard will not respond. I cannot get into windows at all, I cannot access anything on the login screen. I tried rebooting, it did not fix it. I tried unplugging all USB devices and restarting, it did not fix it. and I cant enter the recovery menu since my computer starts up to fast and by the time my keyboard and mouse get power for the 2 seconds it does I can use any f1-12 key since it stops responding and my mouse doesnt work either.

Hello. I have just upgraded from build 9926 to build 10041 and now I have s major problem with the login screen. It won't respond and no matter what I do with my mouse or keyboard it respond. The clock still changes however which us kinda strange. Here is a pic





Any help appreciated!

As said in the title, my windows 10 is stuck at the login screen

Couldn't Hold shift and Restart because for some reason i don't have the shutdown button

It's nearly impossible to interact with the login screen, mouse moves but things don't get highlighted and no matter what you write it hever shows up.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
