Windows 10: Windows 10 Stuck on Picture Screen Can't get past it, keep returning to the Picture Screen 2021

Hello, i left my computer to my siblings, after i came back in a few days, my siblings tell me there's a problem with the pc and they can't use it, so i investigate and find out that i can't get pass the Picture Screen, and if i press anything Keyboad or Mouse it'll look like it'll take you to the Password Screen, only for it to return to the picture screen, i can't do anything with the mouse or keyboard, and the popular fix such as Ctrl + Alt + Delete doesn't work, it'll do the same thing all over again, nothing seem to be working, i have no experience on fixing computer, and fixing its battery or core or insides, absolutely none.. So if there's any recommendation on how to fix my Window 10 Computer problem I'll be greatly grateful...

Lock Screen background picture


Has anybody had difficulty adding a picture / wallpaper to the lock screen.
I have just set up windows 10 screen saver and I see you can change the lock screen back ground picture.
I have tried adding either one of the windows wallpapers or one of my own pictures but I can't find any option to save the image. on closing the window & returning to the lock screen the picture does not appear to save and returns to the standard blue background with date and time.
I can't find any option to save the image as a lock screen wallpaper.
Does anybody have any suggestions.

Windows 10 Stuck On Picture Screen.

upgraded to windows 10 - 2 months ago without any issues.

2 weeks ago went to use the computer and it is stuck on the windows picture screen if I hit a key, the login screen flashes then the screen goes black for about four minutes then it returns to the windows picture screen.

My mouse is connected directly to the desktop so no issues with the mouse (I am able to move the mouse around when the screen is black and the mouse pointer moves.)

Has anyone been able to solve this ?

I seen another similar post but no answer has been given.
