Windows 10: Windows 10 Stuttering [Once to thrice daily]

Hi guys! I've been having this problem for a long time now. Everyday when I use my desktop, my system suddenly startsstuttering out of nowhere. It happens once to thrice a day. And itcan only stop after a few minutes or after I restart my system. So I usedLatencyMon to determine the cause of the problem. And I followed every step that it told me to do but when I opened LatencyMon again to check if it got fixed. It's still the same.


I've done everything possible to try and fix this problem. Driver updates, BIOS update, Graphic Card update, Virus/Malware scan, etc.


And most especially. I bought myself a better SSD but it still didn't work. Please help solve this issue.I attached the screenshot report below and my specs...

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

FPS drops below 10 every couple of minutes
