Windows 10: Windows 10 Stuttering Text

This may not be a direct Win 10 issue but here goes. Every so often my typed input stops appearing for a few seconds then appears. It's getting annoying. Looking at Task manager it is at 100% for a few seconds than drops down as I look at it. I've changed my K/B batteries but it make no difference. Any ideas?

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

FPS drops below 10 every couple of minutes

Very interesting. Our default suggestion list for fighting stutter becomes more interesting.
