Windows 10: windows 10 sucked wores then xp

hello who ever sees this i am a windows user who was born in 2000s and i started useing windows on a windows 7 pc and never had a problom with a windows 7 pc ever in my whole lifenever one time i now have a 12 monitor computerand some years ago back in 2020 / 2019 windows set lots of newer computers to windows ten and it is always buggy never workshonestly is horableand if it dose not get fixed soon im going to leave windows and go to applecuz every day there is some sorta of dum update that dose nuthingor some sorta odd pop upor glich or google wunts todo somthing dumas back in windows 7 this

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
