Windows 10: Windows 10 Sudden GPU spikes to 100% usage

My GPU spikes to 100% usage when opening anything Windows 10 Interface related like settings and also when opening explorer.exe to see files and stuff.I thought this was some AMD drivers issue but already tried with tons of AMD Adrenalin drivers ( using DDU everytime so it uninstall properly) and it didn't seem to work.

I'll post some captures so you can see it by your self and understand (sorry for my bad english).

BTW: Already tried uninstalling last updates from windows 10, as you can see on third picture, and it didnt solved it.

Asus TUF x570 Gaming Plus (no-wifi)

Lag Spikes caused by CPU usage drops and GPU usage spikes after Windows 10 April update

Since the April 10th update for Windows 10, my laptop has been suffering from lag spikes that occur during simple tasks such as browsing the internet.

When looking at the task manager during these spikes, I can see that the CPU usage drops to around 10% while the GPU usage increases to close to 100%. I looked at what programs were using large portions of the GPU which turned out to be the 'Desktop window
manager' and the 'Client server runtime process'.

I've seen that other people have had a similar problem with the recent update, but not much in the way of solutions as of yet. Does anyone know how to fix this?

100% Disk usage spike on Windows 10

Recently I have experienced that when running most applications (especially gaming) my Laptop would have a disk usage spike to 99% or 100%. when I check the task manager there is no specific program using the disk, its just at 100% usually forcing me to
do a hard restart. baring in mind that when I run the programs the usually run smoothly and very randomly the disk usage spikes. this has only been happening since downloading windows 10. I have read many threads and applied many fixes such as disabling SuperFetch,
BIT service and windows update. I have also disable cloud based protection which seemed to work for some people but not for me, any other suggestions?
