Windows 10: Windows 10 suddenly got disabled

Hello. This is my third attempt on fixing my issue, the first time I got no answer whatsoever and the second time I was told to use specific commands on the command bar, but it didn't fix my issue for sure. I've been trying to find the cause on why I got this issue about 2 months, and I'm afraid nothing will fix my issue. Basically 2-3 months ago I injected a spoofer on this device, It's was a trustworthy program as It's pretty popular for hiding your IP, basically works like a VPN. My friends that used it didn't had the same issue but for some unknown reason it did for me, It basically suddenly removed/disabled my windows, reason being is unknown. I used the trouble shooting and it always pops up an error saying "Something interrupted our troubleshooting. Make sure you're connected to the internet, wait a few minutes, and try again. 0x8007000d". I was told by some friends resetting my device would maybe fix it, but I really don't wanna lose the info on this device that I cannot restore.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows Update suddenly hangs?

Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?
