    Windows 10 Suspending Applications


    Hello,Does anybody know how to stop Windows 10 from suspending applications. There is no specific application affected as I've had it happen to Edge, SAP, Acrobat, Outlook, Teams and so on. This has only started happening since I updated to 20H2. These apps can remain suspended for up to an hour. I have attached a screenshot of what it looks like in task manager.

    Hi All,

    There are few application showing suspended in my window 10. For eg Edge, Cortana, Windows Shell Experience Host etc.

    Please suggest.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
