Windows 10: Windows 10, "Switch to local user instead" doesn't appear on settings

I have been dealing with this issue for over a year. Let me explain everything here. Normally if you want to switch your Microsoft account to local user you just need to go in settings and click on the user section. It should show “switch to local user instead” option but I have never seen it. The only thing i see is "Manage my microsoft account" option and it really annoy me. I don't know what should i do with that since this forum never really gave me an good solution. As you may already know, Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) allow you to log in with a valid Microsoft account, instead of creating a local account that only works on your machine. However, you may prefer to keep a local account for privacy reasons. If you do, though, some Windows 10 features—like Cortana—may not work. Despite the default behavior, the Windows 10 Store is not one of them. You can still log in to your Microsoft account for just the Store without switching to a full Microsoft account. The process, however, is not terribly obvious. To do so, follow these steps:

• Launch the Store from your Start menu.
• Click the user icon next to the search box.
• Click “Sign-in” from the menu that appears.
• Choose “Microsoft account” and log in like normal.
• When the “Make it yours” box appears do not enter your password. Instead, click “Sign in to just this app instead.”

Can't switch to Local account in Windows 10

Refer to these steps to convert Microsoft account into Local User account:

  Click on Windows button, then click on
  Settings.

  Click on Accounts then click on
  Your account.
  
• 
  Click on Sign in with a local account instead.
  
• 
  Following the Online instructions.
  

If the issue still persists, I would suggest you to create a new Local user account and check if that helps you.

  Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Control Panel”.
  
• 
  Click on “User Accounts” and click on “Manage another Account”.
  
• 
  Click on “Add a new user in PC Settings”. Follow the on screen directions to complete the process.
