Windows 10: Windows 10 system freeze requries forced restart to use

Hi everyone.last week a few days before the global freeze up. My personal computer has been having freezes, at least 1 to 2 per day in standard use when under cpu/gpu load gaming or not browsing the web or watching youtube etc. The freeze causes the displays to stop updating but I can still hear audio from the machine. Example when in a discord call, I can still hear people and they can still hear me, however my mouse and keyboard no longer accept input, and the displays no longer update from the frozen frame. I know the keyboard and mouse are unresponsive because they have light input whe

I am having the same Windows 10 problem with my Lenovo desktop in that it freezes on the Lenovo logo (no spinning circle dots) while doing a restart, so that I have to force a shut down. On a boot up from scratch, there is no system start up problem.

I tried all the suggestions offered in this posting, but they did not correct the restart only boot up freeze.

You mentioned solving this problem from an online solution. What was the solution?

We appreciate your effort in resolving the issue.

As you have tried most of the above troubleshooting steps like Clean boot, SFC scan, installing pending updates, DISM and still the issue persists, try the below and check.

Do let us know the following to assist you better:

• 
  Are you able to access desktop?
  
• 
  Is there any error code/ error message when the system freezes?
  
• 
  Have you installed any third party anti-virus software on your computer?
  

I suggest you to Try to log-in with Safe mode, restart the computer in safe mode and check if the issue persists.
